Karan Johar is back with his movie Student of The Year

After a long wait Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan are back together with their movie Student Of The Year. Movie is releasing on 19th October 2012 on all cinemas. Student of the year is an awaited movie because of many reasons Karan Johar, Shahrukh Khan and debut movie of three new faces.

Movie has Varun Dhawan (son of Dawid Dhawan) as Rohan, Siddharth Malhotra as Abhimanyu, Alia Bhatt (daughter of Mahesh Bhatt) as Shanaya in the lead. There are many other stars in the movie like Rishi Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan, Kayoze Irani (son of Boman Irani), Ronit Roy, Ram Kapoor, Gautami Gadgil Kapoor and Kajol in a cameo role.

Student of the year is produced by Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar under Red Chillies and Dharma Production.

Student of the year is a comedy and a romantic movie. As the name and cast suggest the movie happens in a college campus and it revolves around the three lead characters with their professors. Rishi Kapoor is playing role of a gay he is the Dean of the college.

Music of this movie is composed by Vishal and Shekhar. The first song and look of the movie is released on 28th August 2012. “The Disco song” is the first song of the movie being released which is very happening and is choreographed by Remo D’souza. The shooting of the movie began on 16th July2011.

After a heavy movie My Name is a Khan Karan Johar is back with a comedy and a romantic movie. The movie will bring back the Kuch kuch hota hai time but with the taste of 21st century in it.

Hope this movie does well at the box office as it has all the features a blog buster hit. Karan Johar, Shahrukh Khan debut of Boman Irani and Dawid Dhawan son and all the spice that in Indian audience wanted to see especially the youth as this movie is about college going students their victories failures, problems and enjoyment.
