This 10th February get ready to watch a brand new entertaining pair on big screen featuring Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan in movie “Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu” directed by debutant Shakun Batra under the production house of Karan Johar.
The movie was firstly named as “Short term marriage” but later it changed to Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. The shootings of Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu have been done in beautiful Las Vegas. The story of Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is a coming of age-story but with a slight twist in it.
The Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan) is a simple mamma & papa’s boy, who has grown up as his parent’s want him to be from his schooling to work and even his hairstyle & clothing. On the other hand Riana Braganza (Kareena Kapoor), an optimistic girl who has no reason to be happy at that point of time when she lost her job, cheated by her boyfriend and has no money & space to live but still has figured out things for a great days coming up.
The story of Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu moves around a Vegas resident boy Rahul (Imran Khan) who has lost his job and decided to hide this bad news from his parents till he find a new job. On Christmas evening when he just trying to drown his sorrow, he meets with Riana (Kareena Kapoor) a hairstylist who show him his true self and over a few drinks they commit a mistake. Next morning they come to know that they got married and decided to get rid of it within next 10 days. But in between these days they shared a lot of joyous moments together & become friends.
Music & Songs:
The music of Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu has released out in December 2011. The music is composed by Amit Trivedi who has been the music director of “Wake up Sid”, “Aisha”, “Udaan” &“Dev D”, with lyrics written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
