The Directorial Debut of Ali Abbas Zafar (He has worked in many Yash Raj Films as assisten Director also) Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, is an Upper middle class Romantic Comedy and is also Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif’s first film together.
Spiced with all Hindi Drama Movie Masalas, ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ is ready for the show on September 9 (worldwide too!). Labeled as “A Hatke Love Story”, ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ showcases the Northern Indian lifestyle, and is full of filmi spices.
The shooting of the film has been done in various ravishing locations like Delhi, Chandigarh, Agra, Mussoorie, Haridwar, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh and is produced by Aditya Chopra.

SYNOPSIS:
It’s the Story of two brothers Luv Agnihotri (Ali Zafar) and Kush Agnihotri (Imran Khan).
The Story starts with the Kush’s hunt for a nice and perfect Indian bride for his brother Luv, who stays in London. In his search for the perfect bride, Kush encounters several families and finally selects Dimple Dixit (Katrina Kaif) as her future “Bhabhi”. Born in London, Dimple is a girl with two faces and yes, Kush’s choice for his Brother’s ‘Dulhan’.
Both the families meet and complete the formalities. When the preparations for the wedding are on the full swing, the movie comes up with the twist!
Kush falls in Love with Dimple, his own selection as his brother’s Dulhan!
And now, following the twist, comes a series of unpredictable and funny comic events that give this ‘Luv’ story a real spicy test!
