It was a day of absolute strength for the markets. The bulls were back with vengence they not only reversed yesterday's loses but added more weight to close near the highest point of the day. Sensex added over 1150 points and Nifty closed with gains of around 350 points. The breadth wasin favour of advances and NSE advance:decline was at 3:1. Banking, power and realty stocks were among the star performers. Broader markets alos joined in the party and ended higher but the frontliners outperformed.

Good day for investor which gave them a great relief Sensex ended with the gain of 864.13 and Nifty ended with gain of 304.10 points.

Today Sensex reached more then 1200 points which was its biggest single day gain. All frontline stocks up by 6% to 20%.

After yesterdays crash the market fall continues today. Market closed 875 points down after recovering near about 1600 points, Nifty down 310 points.

Bharti Airtel, Infosys, Reliance Energy, Idea, SBI, Nalco and Sesa Goa were among the stocks providing support at the lower levels.
