Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai has announced the result for the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre in 19 of the participating public sector banks. The result got declared on 29 February 2012. The IBPS Clerk Exam (CWE) for the recruitment of clerks was held last year on 27 Nov 2011, 4 Dec 2011 and 11 Dec 2011.
IBPS has the authorization from the Indian Bank’s Association to conduct the examination for recruiting banking personnel. The candidates who are successful in the Common Written Test (CWE) can use the score card obtained in the test to apply in any or all of the 19 participating Public Sector Banks.
The 19 public sector banks which participate in IBPS common written examination includes Allahabad Bank, Andhra Bank, Indian Bank, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Corporation Bank, Dena bank, Bank of Baroda, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, Syndicate Bank, United Bank of India, UCO Bank, Union Bank of India & Vijaya Bank.
The results of the IBPS Clerk CWE 2011 which have been declared depict pass or fail status only. The scorecard containing the actual score will be sent only to the candidates who have passed via speed post.
